ZUMBA TONING This specialty class is designed for current Zumba lovers who wish to blend body sculpting techniques with Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. You'll learn how to use weighted, maraca-like Zumba toning sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones as well as the entire body. An amazingly effective class!! HIIT This High intensity interval training class is held in three parts, 20 minutes each (Saturday 15 minutes each), giving you the option to partake in a 20, 40 or 60-minute workouts. BOXING: Training like a boxer is all about intensity. This 45 minute full body workout allows you to push your cardio intensity to your comfort level. From jump ropes. traditional body training exercises to punches, shadow boxing, footwork drills, heavy bag combinations, you'll be dripping in sweat. Boxing gloves required.
