We are beyond excited to be able to offer our Ninja Training Program on a consistent basis but this time, with a twist! Starting this September we will be combining our Ninja Training with Parkour Training for a 75 minute class to really train your body! Not familiar with it? Parkour is an athletic training discipline in which practitioners attempt to get from point A to point B in the most fluid way possible, without assisting equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. We'll learn about the background of parkour, start with basic skills and techniques, and study how they interconnect with Ninja training. Each week we'll add new challenges, increase difficulty and explore beyond the limits of the mind! Not all activities will prove to be an easy conquest because we believe strengthening the mind is as important as the body! We do believe, however, in making it fun and helping to encourage the journey, their growth and their determination!
